Cancellation & Refunds Policy

CKFPL would be unable to cancel or change orders already in process/ordered, en route or delivered. We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 24 hours prior to the delivery time for cake order and unless informed 12 hours prior to the delivery time for other orders. Bulk order cancellation should be done 48 hours prior to delivery time. Cancellation of orders should be intimated to CKFPL during normal working hours of 9 am to 5 pm.

If the order has been cancelled by CKFPL for any reason, the entire amount debited from your bank/credit card account will be credited back to your bank/credit card account. In case the order is cancelled by you within the required cancellation duration, we will strive to refund the entire amount within 14 days of cancellation to your bank/credit card account, however we may levy a cancellation charge depending on a case to case basis.
